These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Qubimonk Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "FarmPashu"), which operates the FarmPashu platform and mobile application. By accessing or using the platform, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Marketplace Platform

FarmPashu is a technology platform connecting livestock buyers, dairy farmers, and breeders. FarmPashu is not an auctioneer, cattle trader, or party to any bilateral animal transaction. We do not inspect, guarantee, or transport any livestock. All purchase discussions, pricing agreements, physical inspections, and money handovers occur directly between buyer and seller.

2. User Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
You agree to provide accurate, genuine information during phone OTP verification.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your user account.

3. Seller Obligations & Animal Welfare

Sellers must only list animals they legally own or are duly authorized to sell.
All animal health specifications, lactation history, daily milk yield, and vaccinations must be stated honestly.
Users must strictly comply with the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, transport regulations, and relevant state livestock protection legislation.
Listing wildlife, protected fauna under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, or diseased cattle is strictly prohibited.

4. Buyer Guidelines & Safety

Safety Advisory: Always physically inspect the cow, buffalo, or livestock in person before paying. Never send online token payments, advances, or transport fees to strangers before verifying the animal and owner.

5. Paid Services & Subscriptions

Optional premium features, such as listing boosts, extra photo allowances, and subscription plans, are clearly priced in Indian Rupees (INR) including applicable GST. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Terms for refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
