Privacy Policy
FarmPashu (the "App") is operated by Qubimonk Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "FarmPashu"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the FarmPashu mobile app and website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written in strict compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and Google Play Developer Policies.
1. Data We Collect

We do not access or collect your device contacts, call history, or SMS inbox. Camera and media storage are accessed solely when you voluntarily capture or upload animal photos and videos.
2. What Other Users Can See
Your display name, public profile image, livestock listings (photos, videos, price, breed specifications, and approximate village/district location) and community posts are visible to other registered FarmPashu users. Your mobile phone number is revealed only when an interested buyer clicks to call or initiate direct contact regarding an active listing.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We disclose data solely to trusted service providers essential for platform operations:
- Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd: Secure payment processing for plans and listing promotions.
- SMS Gateway Providers (Twilio / Fast2SMS): Fast delivery of OTP login messages.
- Google LLC (Firebase): Firebase Cloud Messaging for instant push notifications and Google authentication.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Secure cloud servers hosted in enterprise data centres with data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.
4. Data Retention & Security
Your listing, chat, and profile information is retained while your account remains active. All transmissions between the mobile app, website, and servers are encrypted using modern HTTPS/TLS protocols. Access to administrative systems is restricted with multi-factor authentication.
5. Account Deletion & Your Rights
You have full ownership of your data. You may update your profile at any time or permanently delete your account directly inside the app (Profile → Delete Account) or online via our dedicated Account Deletion Page. Upon deletion, your personal credentials, listings, and photos are purged immediately from active databases.
