Delete Your FarmPashu Account
At FarmPashu, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal information. In compliance with Google Play Store User Data policies and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), you can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.
Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant & Automated)
- Open the FarmPashu app on your mobile device.
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
- Review the confirmation dialog and tap Delete Permanently.
- Your session will terminate, and all your personal data and listings will be deleted immediately from our active database.

FarmPashu ऐप खोलें → प्रोफ़ाइल (Profile) टैब पर जाएं → स्क्रीन के नीचे खाता हटाएं (Delete Account) पर क्लिक करें → हमेशा के लिए हटाएं (Delete Permanently) चुनें। आपका खाता और सारा डेटा तुरंत हटा दिया जाएगा।
Method 2: Web / Email Request (If App Is Uninstalled)
If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to log in, you can request manual account deletion by sending an email:
Subject: Delete My FarmPashu Account
Include in message: Your registered mobile number or registered email address.
For your security, we may send a one-time OTP to your mobile phone to verify ownership before initiating deletion. Once verified, the account and all associated records are permanently purged within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted Permanently
- Your login credentials, mobile phone number, and email address.
- Your user profile, name, avatar/photos, and location addresses.
- All your active and inactive livestock listings (photos, videos, and descriptions).
- Your community posts, discussions, questions, and replies.
- Saved favorites, search alerts, and notification preferences.
Data Retained for Legal Compliance
Under Indian financial, GST, and accounting regulations, transactional invoices and payment logs for paid subscriptions or boosts are retained in anonymized format for statutory periods (up to 8 years). No personal identifiers or phone numbers remain linked to these records once the account is deleted.
